Key Responsibilities:

Place concrete efficiently and accurately according to project specifications.
Operate and manage chutes, wheelbarrows, and pumps to distribute concrete uniformly.
Assist finishers by leveling, spreading, and consolidating concrete using appropriate tools such as screeds and rakes.
Set basic concrete forms and prepare job sites for finishing work.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures on-site.
Support ongoing project needs and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of concrete placement experience or a similar role in construction.
Familiarity with concrete handling equipment and basic finishing tools.
Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and follow precise instructions.
Strong physical stamina, capable of performing manual labor and handling heavy equipment in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
