Overview
We are seeking experienced siding crew member to join our team. This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Valid Driver's License Required - Some travel required.

Responsibilities :

Surface Preparation
Remove old siding if present.
Install weatherproof barriers (e.g., house wrap or insulation).
Material Handling
Load, unload, and organize siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, metal, etc.).
Cut materials accurately to fit doors, windows, and corners.
Installation
Measure and mark walls accurately.
Install siding panels, trim, soffit, and fascia.
Use proper fasteners and techniques to ensure secure and weather-tight fit.
Seal joints, corners, and seams as needed.
Safety Compliance
Use ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses properly.
Cleanup and Finishing

Qualifications

Previous experience in Siding is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in using hand tools safely and effectively.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
