Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Smokeware Wholesale Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality smokeware products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient procurement of materials. Your expertise in supply chain management and negotiation skills will be essential in driving cost-effective solutions while maintaining product quality.

Duties

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for smokeware products, ensuring they meet company standards.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
Collaborate with the team to understand material requirements and timelines.
Utilize POS systems to manage inventory levels and procurement processes effectively.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and product improvement.
Coordinate logistics and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery of sourced materials.
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier performance, and pricing agreements.

Requirements

Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Familiarity with POS systems or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving competitive pricing.
Ability to analyze data related to supply chain operations and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of fabrication processes related to smokeware products is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
