What you'll do

Operating a triple pallet jack and electronic warehousing system, you'll select customer orders accurately, safely, and quickly to ensure our customers get the products they need, when they need them.

You will handle an average of 1,500 cases per shift, with each case weighing an average of 30 pounds.

You will move a lot. On average you'll walk over 10 kilometers in a single shift!

You will use exceptional focus, skill, and physical stamina to make sure every customer order you select is perfect.

What we offer

Above-average base pay.
Starting hourly wage is $22.80 per hour. Earn an additional $1 per hour night shift premium and an additional $1 per hour freezer premium if working in that area. Additional hourly rate increases occur twice each year.

Hours of work

4 days a week, 10-hour shifts
Sunday to Friday. All selectors will have 2 consecutive days off plus one other night. Schedules will be provided during training.
Start time of 5 or 6 pm
Work most stat holidays and receive pay or get time off in lieu that can be booked like vacation

Qualifications

Experience required on Raymond Stand Up Deep Reach or similar equipment
Must be 18+ years of age
Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations
Must pass pre-employment testing (Background Check, Physical Abilities Test)
Selection will require working in all 3 zones, Dry, Cooler and Freezer and selectors should be prepared to work in all areas at any time.
