Job Overview

Vins Plastics Ltd. is growing and looking for enthusiastic and collaborative individuals to join our winning team as General Labourers. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the company meets customer demands and fulfills orders of the highest quality.

Hours of Work:

This position can be for rotating 8 hour shift every 2 weeks from Monday to Friday (Days, Afternoon, Nights) with weekends off, or consistent Afternoon or Night shift option.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO

Picking and packing finished products
Assist in setting up production lines.
Product inspection

Qualifications/ Requirements

Passion for learning and taking initiative
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Reliable transportation to the facility
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Must be flexible working 3 rotating shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights).
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Safety minded.
Ability to follow directions closely and function as a part of a team.
