Role Overview

As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the hub of our practice-ensuring seamless operations, nurturing patient relationships, and supporting both providers and front end workflows with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, and handle phone inquiries
Oversee daily scheduling across multiple providers, optimizing flow and efficiency
Coordinate and discuss treatment plans with patients, including financial and insurance communication
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
Perform insurance verification, billing, and payment collection
Perform other front desk duties in a busy dental office environment

Ideal Qualifications

Prior experience working as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator in a dental office
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Strong administrative skills, including multitasking and organizing complex schedules
Detail oriented with impeccable organizational abilities
Familiarity with Cleardent software is a definite plus
