Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer/Scientist with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct experience in Canada conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental investigation and assessment, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards and regulatory requirements.
Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data to assess site conditions and contamination risks.
Prepare detailed, high-quality ESA reports and supporting documentation.
Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors to facilitate project delivery and ensure compliance.
Keep up-to-date with environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
Support other environmental consulting projects as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Canada in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of CSA standards, CCME guidelines, and provincial environmental regulations.
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and technical environmental reports.
Experience with site investigations, soil and groundwater sampling, and risk assessments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
Professional certifications (e.g., EIT, P.Eng, or equivalent) are considered an asset.

Compensation:

Annual Compensation -$65,000-$80,000
