_TDE is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the successful execution of modularized oil and gas plant projects for TDE, with a focus on Alberta-based operations. This role requires end-to-end experience from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and early engineering through detailed design, procurement, fabrication, modular assembly, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand-over. The Project Manager coordinates all phases of project delivery to ensure compliance with client specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards._

Responsibilities:

Lead modularized oil and gas plant projects from FEED and early engineering through detailed design, procurement, fabrication, modular assembly, and site construction.
Coordinate and oversee multi-discipline engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, priorities, subcontracting strategy, and key milestones early in the project lifecycle.
Interface with the client during FEED to define technical requirements and design criteria.
Oversee procurement strategies, including RFQ preparation, quote evaluation, and vendor selection for major equipment and services.
Manage the release of long-lead materials and ensure alignment with fabrication and construction timelines.
Coordinate subcontractors resources and monitor/manage subcontractors in fabrication or as required at the construction site.
Review and approve engineering drawings, ensuring consistency with modularization principles and constructability.
Coordinate modular fabrication schedules and logistics, including shop deliverables and module delivery planning.
Liaise with fabrication and construction teams to monitor progress and proactively resolve any field or shop issues.
Support commissioning and startup within the defined project scope and ensure operability of the delivered system.
Facilitate effective communication between engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams.
Lead project kickoff and milestone reviews with stakeholders.
Track and report on progress, risks, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular reporting to executives on project cost performance, forecast updates, and schedule progress, highlighting risks and required decisions.
Manage change orders and project updates in a structured, traceable manner.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all phases of project execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management of fabrication and construction projects in Alberta's Oil and Gas industry.
B.Sc. Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical diploma with additional Project Management training and experience.
P.Eng. designation through APEGA is preferred.
PMP designation is preferred.
In-depth understanding of fabrication, construction, and modularization in oil and gas.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
