LPI Mechanical Inc. is seeking a proactive and technically capable Project Manager to lead and support retrofit and capital improvement projects across our facilities. This role requires someone with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building systems or mechanical infrastructure and be confident in proposing and designing practical retrofit solutions. You must be able to prioritize effectively, adapt quickly, and take ownership of project outcomes from concept through completion.

LPI Mechanical provides full-service design/build, HVAC and plumbing solutions to the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors. We provide both new construction, retrofit and maintenance services with an in-house engineering team which allows us to offer our clients cost-effective solutions. Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
6+ Years of Mechanical Construction Management Experience Preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and Word (Ms Office in General)
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of Jonas Software would be an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
