We provide a professional, supportive environment where stylists can develop their craft and grow a loyal clientele. We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Hair Stylists to join our expanding team - including a licensed Barber with a strong portfolio in men's grooming and contemporary styles.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
Provide expert consultations tailored to each client's preferences and needs
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment
Build and retain a strong clientele through excellent service and communication
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products
Collaborate with the salon team to maintain a positive, high-performance culture
Support retail product sales through client recommendations
(For Barbers) Provide men's grooming services including fades, beard trims, and shaves

Qualifications

Senior Stylist Candidates:

Minimum 3 years of salon experience preferred
Proven ability to retain clients and manage a busy schedule
Strong portfolio of haircuts, color work, and treatments
Confident mentoring junior stylists is an asset

Junior Stylist Candidates:

Licensed hairstylist (completed cosmetology program or apprenticeship)
Some floor experience is an asset but not required
Passion for hair and eagerness to grow within a professional setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Barber Candidates:

Licensed Barber with experience in modern men's cuts and grooming
Strong client service skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Familiarity with current barbering trends and tools

Compensation

We offer flexible, performance-based compensation models:

Revenue-based (commission) for stylists/barbers with established clientele or strong sales skills
Base salary + incentives for stylists building their book or seeking income stability

Compensation structures will be tailored during the interview process based on experience and goals.
