We're looking for a Partner Sales & Support professional who is not only passionate about skincare but also thrives on connecting with clients, driving sales, and providing exceptional support. You'll be an essential part of our sales team, working closely with the National Sales Manager and CEO to drive revenue, build relationships with our partners, and provide the highest level of eduction and customer service. If you're a go-getter with industry experience, a knack for sales, and a love for educating others, this role is for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Sales & Follow-Ups: Manage and close sales with existing clients while ensuring smooth transitions and relationships. Follow up with leads, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized.
Client Support: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client needs and questions. Help clients understand product benefits, troubleshoot issues, and provide personalized support.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Offer additional products and services to existing customers, making recommendations that fit their needs and supporting revenue growth.
Product Education: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our skincare products, providing valuable insights that enhance their experience and drive sales.
Sales Support: Assist the National Sales Manager with administrative tasks, tracking sales progress, and helping to develop strategies for growth.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and occasional in-person meetings, ensuring they have everything they need for success.
What You Bring to the Table:
Esthetician Diploma & Industry Experience: You've worked as an esthetician and understand the skincare industry from the inside out. Your hands-on experience will make you an expert resource for our clients.
Sales Skills: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. If you're driven by achieving targets and enjoy closing sales, this is the role for you!
Strong Communication Skills: You're a natural communicator, comfortable speaking with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: A passion for skincare and an eagerness to continuously learn about our products. Being able to confidently educate clients will set you apart.
Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple tasks, follow up with clients, and stay on top of sales leads with ease.
Customer-Centric Attitude: You genuinely care about making sure clients are happy and feel valued, offering them top-tier support and assistance.
Team Player: You'll work closely with the National Sales Manager, CEO and other team members, so being a collaborative, positive force within the team is essential!
