Are you ready to bring your frontline experience into the classroom and help shape the future of paramedicine education in Newfoundland and Labrador? We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Paramedic Program Instructor to join our instructional team in Grand Falls-Windsor.

About the Role

As a full-time instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality theory instruction to students in the Primary Care Paramedic Program. Working in a 1:15 instructor-to-student ratio, you'll foster learning that integrates practical skills with clinical understanding.

Beyond the classroom, you will collaborate with fellow faculty and program coordinators to enhance the curriculum, ensure student readiness for clinical placements, and contribute to the evolution of paramedic education across the province.

Strategic Collaboration

This role is more than teaching-it's about shaping. As we prepare to expand our paramedic training programs across the Island, you'll play a key part in building a strong, consistent learning model that serves communities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

Qualifications

Licensed Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) or Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with active registration in Newfoundland and Labrador
A minimum of six years of combined education and relevant work experience in this field.
Teaching or preceptorship experience in a clinical or educational setting (preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills
Passion for education, mentorship, and program development
