Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during various dental procedures and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in dental assisting, orthodontics, and familiarity with dental software systems such as Abeldent

Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
- Perform basic laboratory duties such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such asAbelDent
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Ability to take accurate dental x-rays
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
- Excellent organizational skills
