Busy Concrete Company is seeking to hire a full time Concrete Batcher/Dispatcher.

Job Duties:

Execute the shipment of concrete each day to both meet customer expectations and achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
Use computer models paired with availability schedules to determine optimal customer order scheduling for future work.
Prepare work schedules for employees based on future demand.
Availability for flexible work schedules is required.

Required Skills or Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Concrete Dispatcher&Batcher.
Batch concrete using computerized system.
Flexibility to meet changing daily production schedules.
Strong computer skills mandatory.
Ability to use Windows 7 and the public Internet is mandatory.
Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
Able to work well with and motivate others to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
Able to interact professionally, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
