About Us:
Pastew Place Detox Centre is a leading not-for-profit organization providing compassionate, client-centered detox and recovery support services. As an accredited program, we are deeply committed to empowering individuals on their recovery journey. We're seeking an experienced and values-driven Operations Director to work in close partnership with the Executive Director as a key member of our leadership team. This role acts as second-in-command for the Centre's day-to-day operations, ensuring our programs, staff, and facility run smoothly while supporting our mission and strategic goals.

What You'll Do:
-Partner with the Executive Director to provide organizational leadership and advance strategic priorities.
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective program delivery, staff support, and facility management.
-Lead and mentor program managers, administrative staff, and frontline teams to foster a positive, collaborative, and trauma-informed workplace culture.
-Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, government regulations, and organizational policies.
-Contribute operational insights to planning and growth initiatives.
-Serve as acting leader in the Executive Director's absence.
What We're Looking For:
-5+ years of progressive management experience in health care, addiction services, or social services.
-Post-secondary education in Health Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability.
-Knowledge of accreditation standards, harm reduction, recovery orientated systems of care and trauma-enforced practices.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills to engage staff, clients and community partners effectively.
