1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing franchise in Cambridge. We take pride in delivery high-quality plumbing solutions for residential and commercial construction projects. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated construction plumber to join our team! We are seeking goal oriented and dedicated team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! We are looking for a new construction plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Must have valid residential Plumbing License (registered Journeyman Plumber or equivalent)
3+ years experience in new construction plumbing preferred
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor associated with plumbing tasks.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Teamwork oriented with a self-starter ability
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below:

Responsibilities:

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
Represent 1-Tom Plumber in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner
Perform rough-in and finishing plumbing on residential and/or commercial construction sites
Install water supply, drainage, and venting systems
Work with copper, PEX, ABS, PVC, and other common plumbing materials
Test systems for leaks and ensure compliance with all applicable codes
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades for timely completion
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer's plumbing emergencies
