Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various landscaping techniques and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. This role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew of landscaping professionals in daily operations.

• Operate and drive trucks with dump trailers to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.

• Execute and oversee the installation of hardscape elements, including stone patios, retaining walls, and fire pits.

• Install artificial turf and water features, ensuring proper techniques and quality standards.

• Perform and supervise final grading and rough grading tasks to prepare sites for landscaping projects.

• Operate skid steers and other heavy machinery safely and effectively.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and crew attendance.

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on hardscaping, artificial turf, retaining walls, water features, stone patios, and fire pits.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving trucks with dump trailers is essential.

• Proficiency in operating skid steers and other landscaping equipment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
