NOW HIRING: Casual Loader Operators

Bayside, NB On-Call Basis 12-Hour Shifts

Carver Materials Canada Ltd. is currently seeking experienced Loader Operators to join our on-call list for upcoming shifts. This is a great opportunity for skilled operators looking for flexible work and competitive pay.

Position Details:

Operate large wheel loaders (Komatsu WA600, Cat 988)
Load hoppers, stockpile materials, and support yard operations as required
Shifts are 12 hours and may include days, nights, or weekends
You'll be on an on-call list - you can opt out of shifts when unavailable
Typically 10 - 24 hours notice prior to shift start so must be flexible but can opt out of shifts when unavailable with no penalty

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience running large wheel loaders - experience operating wheel loaders is a must
Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently
Willingness to work flexible, on-call hours
Must be local, or within a reasonable driving distance of Bayside, NB.
