Position Overview:

As a Furnace, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Installer, you'll be responsible for installing both residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units (RTUs), and ventilation systems. You'll work closely with your partner technician as a new dedicated team, bringing comfort to homes and businesses throughout the Okanagan.

We're looking for skilled professionals who can get the job done right while also fitting into our positive, energetic company culture. You'll be representing the Air Tech name, so professionalism, respect, and a little sense of humour go a long way.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete installations of gas furnaces, ACs, ductless and ducted heat pumps, and rooftop units.
Handle residential retrofit installations and light commercial system replacements.
Install and commission ventilation systems including ERVs, HRVs, and exhaust fans.
Accurately read job scopes and blueprints.
Perform all brazing, pressure testing, wiring, and refrigerant charging to code.
Respect customer property and always leave a clean, professional finish.
Communicate clearly with the office team and clients.
Participate in our team culture-support each other, have fun, and get the job done right.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC installs (residential and/or commercial).
Hold a valid Gas B Ticket or have strong related experience.
Have experience with rooftop units and ventilation systems (commercial knowledge is a plus).
Are mechanically inclined and confident in low-voltage wiring and refrigerant systems.
Have a valid driver's licence and a clean abstract.
Work well with a teammate and bring a positive attitude to the job every day.

Hours & Territory:

Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
Service area: Kamloops to Peachland.
