_ What you will need to be a part of our great team _
A Passion for people
The ability to successfully respond to the needs of a diverse client base
Valid Class 5 BC driver's license
Ability to drive standard (preferred)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively to reach dealership targets
The initiative, drive, and attitude to achieve targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
The ability to stand and bend for 6 - 8 hours per day
A criminal record check and driver's abstract report will be required upon hire

_ Key Sales Lot Attendant Responsibilities _ .
Keep the sales lot clean and secure
Ensure availability of customer parking
Clean company and customer vehicles inside and outside with a high attention to detail
Ensure all washes are completed in a timely fashion and returned in a friendly and courteous manner
Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display
Ensure proper day-to-day presentation and maintenance of inventory (signage, moving & tracking vehicles within the dealership)
Exceed our customers' expectations on delivery condition of the vehicle
Transport customers, parts, and paperwork as requested by management
Work effectively with Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and Product Advisors to reach organizational goals

Pay Range: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour
