Location Options

This is an in-office position based in either our Downtown Vancouver or Campbell River location.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll play a central role in helping our team grow and thrive. Here's what your days will look like:

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts - sourcing, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, managing postings, and keeping applicants informed.
Coordinate onboarding - scheduling, equipment setup, and ensuring a smooth start for new hires.
Support internal team communications and engagement initiatives.
Be a culture champion - promoting Forward's values and energy.
Jump in on special projects and company-wide growth initiatives.
Take on other duties as required (we're a growing team!).

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and a customer service mindset.
Tech-savvy - you're confident using MS Office and picking up new tools.
Collaborative and inclusive - you bring transparency and team spirit, especially in a fast-paced setting.
Organized and adaptable - you're not fazed by shifting priorities or juggling tasks.
1+ year experience - Bonus if it's in the insurance industry.
Successful completion of a criminal record check.
