Role Overview

The Floor Manager will oversee all on shift operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability during peak evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of each service to ensure a seamless guest experience
Lead, motivate, and develop service staff to maintain our high standards
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Monitor inventory, food quality, and service standards
Drive sales through effective team leadership and promotional implementation
Maintain and manage labor costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that aligns with our culture
