Breka Bakery Group is looking for a CLEANER/DISHWASHER for OVERNIGHT SHIFTS at our Production facility!

We are a group of bakers operating 24/7 and seeking an individual to work overnight at our central kitchen as a cleaner.

This position requires washing a large number of baking trays, mixing bowls and all other tools continually, as well as cleaning the entire facility. It's a large kitchen, and you will clean equipment/floor/walls/shelves that are covered with lots of flour throughout your shifts. It's more than general office/house cleaning to expect!

You must be physically fit and energetic as this job requires heavy lifting, and most importantly, WANTS TO WORK GRAVEYARD SHIFTS and LIKE CLEANING!

SHIFT HOURS:
6-8hours shifts BETWEEN 11 PM and 8 AM, 4-5 times/week
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & STAT HOLIDAYS
OPEN SCHEDULE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SHIFTS within the time above is preferred. The shifts may change weekly

COMPENSATION:
Starting Wage $21/hr
- 4-month probationary period
- Wage increase based on performance

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Wash baker's trays, large mixing bowls, and baking tools
- Clean machines, carts, and various baking equipment
- Sweep and mop floor
- Clean & Sanitize delivery containers
- Remove trash, recycling, and compost
- Other general and deep cleaning duties within the facility
- Assist in organizing ingredients and moving equipment as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment 50lbs/25kg
- Hard-working and high-energy is a must
- Must be responsible and dependable to show up for all shifts
- Positive attitude and able to take direction well
- Self-motivated and can work independently, but in a team as well
