Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage freight effectively. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Safely operate company-assigned trucks and trailers (3 Ton, Semi, or flatbed depending on assignment)
Perform timely deliveries and pickups, including loading/unloading as needed
Ensure all loads are properly secured in compliance with regulations
Communicate with fleet manager regarding schedules, delays, and documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logbooks
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Represent UTG Corp with professionalism on the road and with customers
Assist occasionally with equipment checks if required

What You Need:
Valid Class 1 Driver's License
Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
Clean Driver's Abstract (provide upon request)
Physically fit - able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong time management and customer service skills
Experience with logbooks
Safety-focused attitude and reliable work ethic
Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
Experience with semis and flatbed
Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks/trailers
