Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, while also providing educational opportunities that promote their development. The Childcare Provider will work closely with children of various ages, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.
Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Provide care for children, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills and emotional growth.

Skills
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining.
Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
Understanding of how to support working persons with disabilities in a childcare setting.
