The West Coast Fishing Club operates two luxury saltwater fishing lodges in Haida Gwaii. We are dedicated to offering a world class experience to our guests with unsurpassed levels of quality and service. We are currently hiring Dockhands for the 2025 season.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the efficient running of all dock and transportation operations, set - up, fish processing (cutting and cleaning the fish), boat maintenance, tackle, receiving of product, inventory, guest satisfaction - reporting to the dock manager. Daily duties may also include waste removal, freight unloading and guest luggage handling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to applicants with previous remote resort experience and/or other related certifications.

Candidates should have a class 5 drivers license and POC( Pleasure craft Operators Certificate)

Employment contracts begin mid May and run through to mid September.
