Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver/Inventory Controller to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, preparing manifests and customs documentation for international shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory control. The ideal candidate will have English first language skills, experience in a warehouse environment and possess strong organizational skills.

Duties

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
Prepare BOL's, manifests and customs documents for export shipments.
Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment processes.
Operate equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Perform extensive data entry and spreadsheet calculations to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is required.
Previous experience in handling export and customs documentation is required.
Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment processes is a plus.
Proficient in using ERP warehouse management systems is desirable.
Ability to operate a reach truck or similar equipment safely is required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient math and data entry skills are essential for accurate order picking and inventory management.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
