Braden Equities Inc. is looking for an energetic individual or couple to join our team. We are looking for Resident Managers for the following areas:
Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Edmonton and surrounding area

The successful candidate(s) will be fluent in English and this position allows the possibility of living onsite.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rent collection, suites rentals, cleaning/preparing suites for new incoming tenants, cleaning of property, minor maintenance and all related paperwork.
