Harbinger Network has partnered with an established and growing division of a leading business to find their next Technical Sales Superstar !

We're on the hunt for a relationship-builder and go-getter who thrives on winning new business and deepening client partnerships. If you're energized by variety, this is your opportunity to promote innovative solutions across multiple sectors including Automotive, Mining, Engineered Packaging, and Healthcare .

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of growth-helping scale the company from $14M to $20M in revenue. You'll report directly to a highly supportive and experienced General Manager who's passionate about coaching and setting you up for success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
Identifying and closing new business opportunities
Promoting manufacturing capabilities to diverse industries
Collaborating with Engineers to develop technical solutions
Forecasting, planning, and driving territory growth
Representing the company at client sites (travel required)

What You Bring:

3+ years of successful sales experience DIRECTLY related to technical or manufacturing environments
HUNTER mentality - you love the thrill of the chase
Relationship Development skillset is key!
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate with technical teams
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
A degree in Engineering is a strong asset
Comfortable with travel (50% within Ontario, 10% international)
Excellent forecasting and account management abilities
