Experience

Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English;
Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Excellent etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
