Job Description
Leading North American Distributor of high end bathtubs and shower products is looking for a bilingual After-Sales Service Technician. This role involves managing all after-sales customer inquiries, offering technical support for our products, and processing daily shipments of replacement parts to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities.

Establish a climate of trust with all customers throughout the sales process by phone and Email.
Process orders for replacement parts and follow up with customers on the status of their order.
Package and create shipping labels for replacement parts on a daily basis.
Help customers with any questions regarding the installation or specifications of our products.
Collaborate with the design team by providing feedback on products to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience or after sales service experience.
Ability to work effectively in a technical field, as the position involves troubleshooting and addressing customer inquiries related to the company's products.
Must be FULLY bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong time management skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills.

Assets (Nice to have)

Experience in the plumbing industry is an asset.
A background related to engineering is a significant asset.
