We are currently seeking a Real Estate Conveyancer to support our busy real estate law team. Responsibilities
Complete residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Draft and review conveyancing documents (e.g., Land Titles forms, mortgage forms, trust letters, closing documents).
Communicate with clients, realtors, mortgage brokers, and other legal professionals.
Manage file documentation and deadlines using legal software.
Prepare reports, disbursements, and invoices.

Qualifications
2-10 years of real estate conveyancing experience.
Familiarity with the Alberta Land Titles system is an asset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal practice software.
