Employment Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience with commercial millwork projects is required.
Please note: We are not seeking carpenters, engineers, or general project managers. This is a specialized industry. Applicants without cabinetmaking experience will not be considered.
If you have never assembled a cabinet , please do not apply .
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager .
Cabinetmaking experience is a critical asset .
Must be capable of reading blueprints, construction documents, and technical details .
Strong verbal and written communication skills when dealing with clients, subcontractors, installers, and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
Proficient with computers
Valid Driver's License

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Perform accurate construction take-offs .
Be highly organized and work proactively to maintain project schedules.
Manage multiple projects effectively and ensure seamless project turnovers .
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality products and services .
Be willing to travel to job sites and spend time in the shop to ensure quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
