Job Overview:
We are looking for a 5+ Year Experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. This is a senior role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients while maintaining a positive and welcoming experience. Please note, interviews will include you preforming a model set at our salon to prove you meet the qualifications.

5 Year+ experience providing lash services
Availability on weekday evenings
Provide the following services: Classic, 3D & 6D Volume sets

Duties:
Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and desired results
Contribute to building clientele and promoting the business through social media engagement, creating and editing content
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with front desk tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions (Please provide your experience in your resume)
Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products
Experience with content creating and social media
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Ability to upsell and promote retail products and services
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
Certification in eyelash extensions is preferred
