Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Upsell products and services during consultations, leveraging retail sales skills to boost revenue.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products.
Assist with guest services, ensuring that every client has a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills through professional development.
