As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to a positive salon environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety standards.
Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance the client experience and drive retail sales.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong skills in hair styling techniques with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation protocols.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
