Position Summary:

Represent meaningful charitable initiatives by engaging with members of the public.
Inspire individuals to contribute by building strong and lasting donor relationships.
Act as a knowledgeable representative for the cause you're supporting.
Ensure each donor interaction is positive, addressing questions or concerns effectively.
Accurately manage donor records and keep information up to date.
Build credibility and trust through clear communication and a professional attitude.
Assist in refining outreach strategies and enhancing supporter involvement.
Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and weekly performance bonuses.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in fundraising, customer service, or sales is a strong asset.
Must have strong spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfortable speaking with people and inspiring them to get involved with charitable efforts.
Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry and record keeping.
Works well with others and thrives in a team-focused environment.
Able to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and stay organized under pressure.
