What You Will Do:

Deliver concrete in a timely manner to the customer
Work with dispatch to determine the quickest and safest route to job sites
Keep vehicle clean and organized in a safe manner
Work in the concrete block yard on occasion
Perform maintenance around the concrete plant as directed by the supervisor
Maintain a superior attitude when working with other employees and customers
Play a key role in influencing the morale of other employees
Observe and follow all safety policies, procedures and rules specified by the Company, our customers and government regulations

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a Class 1 (preferred) or Class 3 license with Air Endorsement
Have a clean drivers abstract
Demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge or skills for minor preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections
Demonstrate good problem solving skills
Be in good physical condition to at times lift items of 50 lbs
Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time as well as kneel, climb ladders and walk on varied terrain
Be available to work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) with some weekends as required
