Widder Station Golf, Grill & Tap House is looking for a full-time, year-round Guest Experience Manager to join our team! As our Guest Experience Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations-leading a dynamic team, engaging with guests, and ensuring that every visit is exceptional. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth in a supportive and energized setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top-tier service within budget and to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent levels of guest satisfaction and customer service.
- Train and manage front-of-house staff including bartenders, servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Manage alcohol purchasing, inventory control, and continually improve service processes.
- Proactively respond to guest needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Attract, hire, train, and evaluate food and beverage staff.
- Schedule staff for daily operations, beverage carts, tournaments, and events.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management.
- Proficient in restaurant POS systems and management software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and a guest-first attitude.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to meet performance targets and drive team success.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary diploma or a degree in food service management (preferred).
