Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager or Director of Operations, the objective of this position is to drive operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and streamlining transload and rail operations. This role focuses on operational and financial statistical development and collaboration with Business Development, Sales, Operations, Real Estate and Finance departments on transload and rail opportunities.
This role interacts with senior management, sales, customer service, planning and dispatch and serve as the service delivery lead for transload and rail development inquiries.

Responsibilities
Compile, analyze, and disseminate accurate information to management to maximize efficient operating performance.
Perform budget review, identification of operational failures, administrative support, and project management.
Perform detailed cost analysis, operating performance metrics, and customer interface.
Interface with customers, parent-companies and CP and CN on clearing dimensional traffic movement. Manage Joint facilities.
Support TFI industrial development initiatives with parent companies and TFI personnel. Lead Sidetrack agreement initiatives with existing and potential customers. Assist Customer Support, as needed.
Develop and nurture relationships to effectively interact with all operating departments to enhance operating efficiency.
Travel to and from ON - QC as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 5 years of management level experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales or related field
French and English bilingual considered an asset.

Pay: $105,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
