Unit Park is a leading Parking Management and Development firm with over 4 decades of experience. Our portfolio includes a wide range of properties from commercial, retail and residential properties, and institutions such as Healthcare and Education.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team who is committed to personal and professional growth. Your primary function will be to utilize your network of real estate executives to further grow the business. Your role will also include managing current and developing relationships and all aspects of the day-to-day operation of each location. You will collaborate with team members in ensuring optimal management of your portfolio, as well as offering superior customer service. You will work closely with the Director to help scale the company further in support of Unit Park's growth.

Responsibilities:
Drive business development initiatives
Grow your portfolio's scope
Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure their efficient operation
Managing existing client relationships through routine formal and informal meetings.
Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, client, customer and community relations.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
Negotiate and manage service provider contracts.
Implement and follow preventative maintenance programs.
Create policies and communications.
Monitor volume trends, customer demographics, performance and strategies and operational opportunities to maximize revenues.
Perform regular audits to mitigate revenue loss or abuse of parking privileges.
Staffing and training employees
Operating and maintaining equipment
Prepare financial reports.
RFP submissions
Presentations
Plan and execute strategies for new acquisitions.
Plan and execute new site launches and equipment installations.
Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Skills:
Executive level communication, writing and presentation skills.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Strong sales and business development skills
Ability to negotiate lease agreements, resolve conflicts and disputes.
Technologically savvy
Ability to structure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of property management experience
Able to work well individually and with teams.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong networking skills
Driving required to meet with clients and visit locations.
Experience in parking industry a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
