Experience: 5+ years.

Skills Requirements: 313A or D (Refrigerant); 308A or R (Sheet Metal); Gas Fitter 2 (Minimum); ODP, HRAI HRV installer certificate. Working at Heights and WHMIS will be required/provided.

Specific Skills: Safe removal and replacement of furnace, air conditioning, ventilation systems. Occasional service work, if necessary.

Essential Skills: Reading text documents, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem-solving, job task planning and organizing, continuous learning/training, management skills, team building skills.

Work Conditions: Handling material, equipment, bending, crouching, kneeling, fast-paced environment, attention to detail a must.

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid Driver's License with clean abstract. Company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided.

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract) and background check mandatory upon hire.
