Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor grounds of our facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.

Duties

- Maintain lawns, gardens, aid in managing overgrowth/weed whacking
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, weed whacking, planting, weeding, and mulching.

- Ability to operate riding lawn mowers, zero turn lawn mowers, weed whackers, pole trimmers, sawzalls, chainsaws, etc.

- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks.

-Experience painting

- Assist in building and repairing structures on the property

Qualifications

- Prior experience in grounds maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
