We are looking to hire a seasoned hardworking Foreman and skilled workers with experience working in the commercial landscaping field.

Foreman: The individual must have demonstrated the ability to lead a team of 3-15 crew members. The ideal candidates must be able to work independently and make sound decisions to ensure top level customer satisfaction. The Foreman must lead by example and ensure the entire team works towards one single goal, customer satisfaction. Manage and supervise full-time skilled and unskilled manual labor staff. Assign and delegate task responsibilities. Ensure the project is completed according to project schedule.

Lead hand or Laborer: is 1-5 years of experience, Must have the ability and drive to want to learn and grow! Maintains safety as being number one priority in all construction activities. Valid Alberta lic. Excellent customer service and attitude. Attention to detail, Career minded with a desire to grow with the company. experience with skid steers, loaders, excavators, grade levels ect.
