Job description:

Looking for AZ drivers with heavy haul, open trailer and rigger experience to be part of our machinery moving team at our Milton location. This is NOT a long-haul position or just a driver position. The role combines 10% truck driving and 90% rigging.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drivers are part of our machinery installation/relocation crews as well.
No long haul, weekend work occasionally, but mainly Monday to Friday.
Drive company equipment in a safe and defensive manner.
Comply with all safety rules and procedures, and Ministry of Transportation laws.
Assist team members to complete tasks.
Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
Must maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record.
Additional duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

Must have AZ license
Ability to drive a manual transmission truck
Tractor trailer: 5 years' experience (Required)
Forklift experience is an asset as you will be working with our machinery moving teams. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Satisfactory drivers abstract (no older than 30 days), including no DUI violations in past five (5) years.
Reliable and consistently meeting deadlines.
Heavy lifting, manual work and proficient use of installation tools as required.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and written; ability to read and understand English.
Self-motivated and willingness to grow with a great team.

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lifting of material.
