Work consists of all aspects of yard care and occasional small landscape projects. Mowing, trimming, pruning, clean ups, fertilizing, weed control, etc.

Must have own steel toed boots, PPE and appropriate clothing for all weather.

Must have transportation to Tappen location, a class 5 drivers license is preferable.

Primarily working in the Blind Bay area, Sorrento, and Eagle Bay.

Must be dependable and safety conscious.

No experience required, just a great attitude, willing to learn and work hard.

Prior use of power tools/ yard work an asset.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Summary

As a Maintenance Person, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair work. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and schematics to perform various maintenance tasks. While no prior experience is needed, a Class 5 Licence is required. Your role may also involve utilizing premium skills such as electrical experience and welding, as well as providing excellent customer service.
