We are an established landscape maintenance company that is seeking 2 full time crew members to join our team!

You will be responsible for completing duties including but not limited to:
-lawn care: mowing, trimming, aerating, thatching, hard edging, fertilizing etc
-horticultural care: spring and fall clean, pruning, weeding, soil cultivation and amending, planting, "softscape" project work etc
-grounds keeping: brush cutting wild areas, picking up litter in common areas, blowing grass clippings and leaves etc
Our season is in full swing so you can start work immediately and work goes until the end of October (potentially Nov. 15 depending on weather) We work Monday-Friday from 7-3

You will be working outdoors in all types of weather conditions so must be prepared for the elements as we carry on working rain or shine! Work boots are required, but we will provide all other necessary safety gear. Must have the ability to lift upwards of 50lbs and perform physical labour over the workday (stay well hydrated/fed and be physically fit). The right candidate has a love of plants and the outdoors, and is a self motivated worker as although you will be working on a crew you will also be required to work independently.

WAGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE - STARTING AT 21$/hr

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance preferred-training provided to those who lack experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and equipment-training will be provided
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean drivers abstract- you will be asked to provide if called for an interview - bonus points if you can drive a truck with a trailer hitched
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
