Job Summary:
We are looking for an HVAC Balancing Technician to join our team! You will test, adjust, diagnose and inspect heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Experience in the construction industry and mechanical systems is a huge asset.

Responsibilities:

Test new and existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment adjustments
Record all test data onto iPad or Laptop
Maintain clean and organized tools and work truck
Communicate professionally with clients, customers and colleagues
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timelines
Provide professional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems

Qualifications:

- Experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and a criminal record check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
