We are looking to invest in an employee interested in progressing their plumbing career with long term employment. Lillooet is a small but vibrant community located on the Fraser River within close proximity to both Kamloops, Whistler and Vancouver.

Our company is hiring a plumber to join our team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated, punctual with good communication both in the office and with our customers. The ideal candidate must be a 3rd year apprentice or better (Journeyman/Journeywoman plumber). Competitive wage depending on certification and experience and dental and medical benefits after probationary period is over.

Responsibilities/Duties

Be able to work on plumbing systems for residential building; commercial buildings would be considered an asset
Drainage, waste and venting
Waterlines
Fixture installations
Able to read blueprints/mechanical specifications
Familiar with rigid tools - snakes/fox crimpers/threaders
Replacing hot water tanks, ext hose bibs

Qualifications

Possess a class 5 driver's license
Able to pass a criminal record check
Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber certificate or apprenticeship from a recognized training authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$47.00 per hour
