Key Responsibilities:
Execute maintenance and repair tasks across a diverse range of equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and promptly address necessary repairs.
Implement preventative maintenance measures to uphold facility safety and functionality.
Provide support for maintenance and repair needs at 2 locations in Whitecourt.
Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and shampooing, etc
Handle snow removal tasks during winter, ensuring clear and safe pathways, parking areas, and entryways.
Undertake basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including outdoor furniture repairs and light bulb replacements.
Ensure cleanliness and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Adhere to company safety and health protocols.

Qualifications:
Preferred experience in maintenance, landscaping, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
Must possess own vehicle.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting heavy objects, prolonged standing, and working in varied weather conditions.
Keen attention to detail with a dedication to excellence.
Reliable, punctual, and adept at time management.
